Sean Robinson joined Crosspoint in August 2009 as a Senior Property Accountant before transitioning into the Financial Analyst role in early 2010. As the Financial Analyst, Sean supports Acquisitions & Development as well as Asset Management. He is responsible for analyzing all existing and proposed investment, acquisition, and development projects, underwriting, forecasting cash flows, valuations, rate of return analysis, feasibility analysis, sensitivity analysis, and due diligence. He also assists in the evaluation of financing options from lenders, participates in the annual budgeting process, and analyzes the financial strength of current and prospective tenant companies.

Prior to joining Crosspoint, Sean spent three years working as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers, followed by one year as an Executive Recruiter specializing in search and placement of accounting and finance professionals.

He is an active member of NAIOP and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (Real Estate Committee).

Sean is a CPA licensed in Massachusetts. He obtained his BBA (2005) and MS Accounting (2006) from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
