Scott joined Crosspoint in September 2009 as Controller. He is primarily responsible for the day to day management of Crosspoint’s accounting department as well as the accounting for its managed portfolio. These responsibilities include financial job cost accounting, budgeting, cash management, recognition of income, collections and accounts payable.

Scott brings 19 years of real estate management and development accounting experience to Crosspoint. He received a BS in Accounting from the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford in 1990.
