Paul Dawson has over 20 years' experience in real estate asset management, development, and design. Mr. Dawson began his asset management career in 1999 with Charter Capital Management, Inc., a Boston-based company specializing in opportunistic real estate investments. As the company's Director of Asset Management, Mr. Dawson planned and executed operating strategies for $175 million of office, mixed-use and multifamily properties. Mr. Dawson moved to Eclipse Partners, LLC in 2006 as the firm's Vice President of Development where he worked directly with the company's founder and had primary responsibility for planning, permitting and construction oversight for seven retail and industrial projects in Massachusetts and Florida. In late-2008, he joined Transit Realty Associates where he managed the sale of several surplus properties owned by the Chicago Transit Authority and, later, oversaw asset management on behalf of the firm's largest client, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). Mr. Dawson received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Boston Architectural College and Masters in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a licensed architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
