Jonathan joined Crosspoint Associates in November of 2009. His role as Acquisitions Coordinator and Leasing Associate is to inventory existing real estate in New England in an effort to find well-located real estate that may be underutilized or poorly managed so that Crosspoint can add value. He will also be assisting in the leasing of existing vacancies in the Crosspoint portfolio. Prior to joining Crosspoint Jonathan worked at the Staubach Company as a leasing associate. He found new locations for retail tenants such as CVS, Papa Gino’s, Shoe Dept, Little Caesars, Metro PCS, and Dominos as well as represented several commercial retail developers. Jonathan is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Next Generation, and is a certified real estate sales person in Massachusetts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
