Joe joined Crosspoint in 2006. His primary responsibilities include directing all retail and office leasing operations and strategies; lease administration; tenant relations; and oversight of all leasing and asset management functions. He also participates in the strategic management of the existing two million square foot portfolio. Prior to joining Crosspoint, Mr. Morrison worked previously at The Flatley Company as the Commercial/Industrial Division’s Leasing Representative where he managed the leasing of over 2 million square feet of suburban office and industrial real estate in southeastern Massachusetts. During his career in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Morrison has executed hundreds of lease transactions totaling more than 1 million square feet. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and NAIOP. Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
