Managing Principal of Crosspoint Associates, Inc., James F. Carlin III has been involved in the real estate business since 1985 and joined Crosspoint in 1993.  His primary focus is procuring capital for retail and commercial properties.  Mr. Carlin also oversees the acquisition investments for the company.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Carlin has fostered relationships with many financial institutions, which enhances the services that Crosspoint provides.  Prior to joining Crosspoint, Mr. Carlin worked as a mortgage broker for Meredith & Grew (now known as Colliers International) from 1986 through 1993.  Mr. Carlin received his Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University and Masters in Business Administration from Babson College.  He is on the board of the following organizations:  Alpha Analytical Labs, Boston Chamber of Commerce and NAIOP.  Memberships:  ICSC and NAIOP.
