Bryan manages all real estate acquisition and development activities for Crosspoint, including developing and managing the strategic process and criteria for acquisition; identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities; managing the due diligence process for acquisitions; and executing and managing the approval, design, permitting and construction process of new and existing properties. He also participates in the strategic management of the existing two million square foot portfolio. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute. Bryan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
